The below industry categories can be used as a guide for suitable uses however it is strongly recommended that once you are interested in a particular lot you seek advice regarding local council zoning requirements.

Low impact industry These premises are used for low impact industrial activities which have minimal impact on non-industrial uses. Impacts like noise and air emissions can readily/ easily be mitigated.
Medium impact industryThese premises are used for industrial activities that have moderate impact on non-industrial uses. Impacts like noise and air emissions require mitigation.
High impact industryThese premises are used for industrial activities which have significant off-site impacts such as noise and air emissions.
